WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
FORM ACTIVE offer returns on all full priced items within 28 days of delivery for a store credit with no expiry. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided.

FORM ACTIVE has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return at your expense.

Sale items and are not eligible for returns unless faulty, so please choose carefully.


 
HOW DO I LODGE MY RETURN?
To lodge a return, follow this link to our returns centre and follow the prompts. It is super easy!
CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER IN YOUR NEWCASTLE STORE AND WHAT IS THE POLICY?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, within 14 days full priced items can be exchanged for an item of equal value. Alternatively a store credit for our online store can be issued.


 
WILL I BE SENT A SHIPPING LABEL FOR MY RETURN?
When your return is approved, take the package to your local post office to pay the postage fee and send off to our PO BOX. We recommend sending via traceable mail, as FORM ACTIVE is not liable for items lost in transit. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, FORM ACTIVE will cover the shipping cost and send you a return label. 



HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.


 
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
FORM ACTIVE does not offer exchanges due to low stock levels. If you wish to exchange a size or style, you are welcome to repurchase with your store credit.


 
IF I MAKE A PURCHASE USING A DISCOUNT CODE, IS THIS CONSIDERED A SALE ITEM AND INELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
If you are using a discount code on full priced stock, you are still eligible for a return!
  

 
CAN I RETURN MY DRINK BOTTLE?
Due to hygiene reasons, our insulated drink bottles are not eligible for returns unless faulty. 
  
        
MY ITEM IS FAULTY/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourself on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at customerservice@form-active.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.
